History
1976 : creation of the CITBA SCOP, specialized in boilermaking and piping in the sector of oil & gas (manufacturing and transportation)
2001 : acquisition of the mechanics and maintenance SCOP company SMSA. CITBA completes its industrial capability and accelerates its specialization on the sectors of the chemicals and wood-paper
2005 : merger with SCOP company PALPLAST, specialized in plastic boilermaking and piping. CITBA completes its offer and enforces its specialization on the sectors of the chemicals and agrofood
2012 : acquisition of INFAUTELEC PROCESS , specialized in process engineering, automation and industrial computing. CITBA has an integrated offer and wins important EPC and skid-mounted equipments contracts
2017 : creation of the CITBA Sud-Est office, dedicated to the industrial companies of the Rhone Valley
